Nicop renewal online problems

NADRA Pak-Identity is an online portal (both web-based and mobile app) for filing applications for various types of Pakistani Identity cards. Through Pak Identity, you can apply for:

• Smart National ID Card for Overseas Pakistanis (Smart NICOP): Fresh – Renewal – Modification – Reprint/Lost– Update of Non-Printable Field

• Smart ID: Renewal – Modification – Reprint lost – Update of Non-Printable Field

NOTE:
Applicant will be issued a Smart ID (chip based) if he/she applies in the Renewal or Modification category.
Applicant cannot apply in reprint lost category if he/she is holding CNIC (not Smart ID), instead he/she has to apply in Renewal or Modification category.
First time/fresh processing of Smart ID is not available at NADRA Pak identity.

• Smart Pakistan Origin Card (Smart POC) – Fresh – Renewal – Modification

Certificates

• Family Registration Certificate–(FRC)

• Cancellation of NICOP/Smart ID due to nationality surrender
• Cancellation of blood relative NICOP/Smart ID/POC due to death
• Cancellation of POC due to dual nationality arrangement or resumption of Pakistani nationality
• Cancellation of foreign spouse POC (in case of divorce)

How does NADRA Pak Identity system work?

The Pak-Identity website allows you to easily acquire your Identity card in a few simple steps:

Register your account on NADRA Pak Identity Website or Pak Identity Mobile Application (available on Android and iOS).

• STEP 2: Capture/Upload Photograph

Upload or Capture the photograph

Provide all the required information in each respective section like Application details, Personal details, Relative details, Address details, Card delivery information.

• STEP 4: Upload Fingerprints & Required Documents

Upload the required documents and fingerprints form. The fingerprints need to have a 600-dpi scanning quality or you can capture the fingerprints through Pak Identity mobile app in real time (Guidelines are available at relevant section for proper use of this facility).

Depending on your application category, you will be asked to pay the fee either at the start or the end of the application (varies between application types). Pak Identity accept Credit & Debit cards (Mastercard or Visa). Moreover, Smart ID and FRC application fees can also be paid through e-Sahulat franchise, Easy paisa and Jazz cash.

After completing all the steps, review the information provided and submit it.
